AT ASWO EVERYTHING - REALLY EVERYTHING - REVOLVES AROUND THE CUSTOMER

Perfect service for our customers, that is our daily mission.

Behind the success of ASWO are two families who share joint ownership and leadership. For Horst Rudolf, Karl-Börris Aschitsch, Sebastian Aschitsch, Javier Pastor and Markus Pastor, our mission at ASWO is to extend the life of domestic appliances, thereby protecting the environment and giving access to the comfort given  by household appliances to as many people as possible for as long as possible. Together with our employees, we cooperate to find solutions and innovate to meet our overriding objective: customer satisfaction.

What matters is the benefit to our customers, not profits

Our philosophy at ASWO is to focus specifically on the benefits we can bring our clients, the impact of which go far beyond their satisfaction. We view our company as being part of a system that comprises our customers, employees, partners and suppliers. By making the system more successful, we all become more successful, which also means we have a direct and positive impact on both the economy and the environment.

ASWO's business philosophy follows a specific business strategy, the Bottleneck Concentration Strategy (Engpasskonzentrierte Strategie, or EKS), that has been developed by Professor Wolfgang Mewes.

Resolving customer pain points

With this strategy, the 'bottlenecks' are in fact pain points that the client is experiencing, preventing them from achieving their full potential. For ASWO, the pain points represent potential sales opportunities. They are free from competition - they wouldn't exist if another company had a solution - making it possible for ASWO to compete in niche markets and focus on creating real benefits. If we solve the pain point, the client is happy and wants to continue working with us. We both enjoy more success, which feeds into the economy in general.

It is an honour for us to work with our customers, and the more all of us at ASWO improve our service to them, the greater their interest and demand to work with us, thereby increasing our turnover and our success. We create a virtuous circle where everyone wins: our customers, our partners, our suppliers and our employees.
