Every year, we conduct a survey among all our employees to find out what they think and what they have to say about their managers. It is very important for us to provide our employees with this additional space for anonymous expression.
It is also essential to our desire to continuously improve our working conditions. As ASWO grows we are ever more concerned about the way our employees view the company and its executives.
We will continue to improve this survey in the future as it’s a way for ASWO to stay closer to the needs and concerns of its employees.
