FROM A TV REPAIR BUSINESS TO THE LARGEST SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST IN EUROPE
The problem solver for retailers and service organisations since 50 years.
In 1968 Astrid and Karl-Börris Aschitsch founded their TV repair business and workshop. In the years that followed, they decided to solve the spare part supply problems of the specialised trade, that they themselves had experienced - ASWO was founded in 1974.
Commitment to the satisfaction of our customers:
The ASWO concept was based on two simple questions:
- What would I be looking for if I was a customer?
- How would I like to be treated as a customer?
This customer focus has enabled ASWO to grow from a small TV retailer into a market leader. Today, ASWO operates from 28 locations and supplies 36 European countries. As ASWO continues to grow, it's dedication to customer satisfaction remains as strong as ever.
Our daily mission:
Perfect service for our customers - every day we start again and try to do things even better!
