Every year, we conduct a survey of all our employees to gather what they think and what they have to say about their managers. It is very important for us to be able, anonymously, to offer this extra space of expression to all our employees.
It is also important for our professional practices and our desire to continuously improve our working conditions. The ASWO group is growing and we are ever more concerned about the way our employees view the company and its managers.
In 2018, we will further improve this survey by increasing the frequency of our surveys to every quarter. A way for ASWO to stay closer to the concerns of its employees.
